Note: Please make sure you have configured microsoft authenticator app on your phone before you follow these steps

1 Download RDP Profile

Click the button below to download the DFA Remote Desktop Package

Download

2 Launch

Launch the download, enter your computer's tag number, and click Connect.

3 Connect

If prompted, check the box for Don't ask me again for connections to this computer and click Connect.

4 Authenticate

Log in with your IS-HERCULES credentials and click OK.

5 Approve MFA

You will get MFA prompt on your phone, approve it for connectivity.
